Corte Fusia – Dosaggio Zero – 2011

Bright light golden colour with a fine mousseux. Intense nose with a fine toastiness, hazelnut, nougat, brioche and layers of fresh yellow fruit. The palate is dense and fresh with well-balanced dosage offering plenty of yellow fruit, citrus and apricot notes with all of the roasted nuts and pain d´épices notes. Long, finely creamy and lingering finish, nice complexity and drinkability.
