Youthful bright straw colour with a green hue. Fresh herbs, lime, citrus, white fleshed fruit like pear and quince with floral notes. The palate has medium weight with a fresh, yet ripe acidity, textured and classically bone dry with herb infused fruit, fresh with fine extract, and restrained fruit, still youthful but pure, crisp and long.
