Corvus Vineyards – Cruturk – 2007

Dense ruby core. The nose offers ripe cassis, herbs, mint and dark plum, well integrated oak. Quite full palate, still a bit youthful and knit with present tannin, nice fruit, dried cherry, some spicy notes and a rather long finish.
