Costa di Bussia – Vigna Campo dei Buoi Bussia – 2011

Light ruby red colour with an orange rim. Traditional style with lower ripeness, red fruit, dry spices, pepper, some floral notes and wood. The palate is on the lighter side, rather restrained fruit and marked acidity/tannin, a certain length for sure but young and restrained today, needing time to develop harmony and roundness.
