Costa di Bussia – Vigna Campo del Gatto – 2012

Medium deep ruby red colour with some development. Some development on the nose with a hint of brett/leather, some raw meat, red and dark berries, a hint of oak and gingerbread spices. The palate has good flavour intensity with spicy and meaty notes, lighter red fruit, cherry, ginger and rounded tannin. Traditional style with some rusticity but plenty of character.
