France,
Champagne,
Light straw colour with a copper hue and vivid young bubbles. Intense nose, there´s some oak in the background, some nice sherry/flour like aromas with brioche, butter and quite ripe fig, plum, red berry notes feeling more like a Pinot-based cuvée. Quite ample and generous palate with good roundness and spice, it confirms the Pinot idea as there´s a light tannic presence, classic dosage level with a fresh backbone and a quite long finish. Generous style with some maturity and complexity.
