Medium deep ruby colour with a mature tawny rim. Mature nose, ripe darker fruit, cherry, plum, tobacco, fine oak and spices. The palate is dense, still youthful with young but ripe tannin a fresh backbone, plum, cherry and fresh dark fruit notes with discreet oak, tobacco and a long layered finish.
