Medium to deep golden colour with a mellow mousse. The nose is mature and displays pastry, brioche, butter, roasted nuts, candied fruit and citrus confiture. Rather ample palate, rounded with sweet and nougat-like flavours, gentle creaminess, a bright backbone of freshness, good depth and complexity with a long and spicy finish.
