Bright light golden colour with a young vivid mousse. Toasted nose, perhaps a hint of oak with nutty notes, ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus and chamomile. Low dosage and fresh bite with good volume, crisp young fruit with an aproaching lees-derived creaminess and buttery notes leading on to a long finish.
