Damien Buffet – Expression – NV

Bright young straw colour with a lively mousse and copper hue. Pure nose on the younger side with plum, pear, ripe citrus, some floral notes and some biscuity hints. Medium weight with a fresh backbone of acidity, a youthful creaminess with classic dosage level, rounded and generous blending lighter citrus with darker plum flavours, creamy and rather long finish.
