Damien Buffet – Pinot Noir – NV

Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue and youthful mousseux. Pure nose, rather dark fruit scented with red berries, plum, pain d’épices and nougat. Medium weight on the palate, well-balanced freshness and a rather gentle mousseux. It shows good grip and length, full bodied but nicely restrained by a vivid freshness.
