Daniel Chotard – Racines – 2020

Bright young straw colour. The nose is pure and displays a mild hint of oak with fresh yellow fruit, passionfruit, lemongrass and some chalky notes. More intensity on the palate than on the nose with an ample volume, warm and ripe yet with a bright acidity, layers of exotic fruit with a very long and generous finish.
