Medium deep golden colour with a mild mousseux. Ripe and mature nose displaying windfall, pain d’epices, sweet plum and walnut. Dense palate, full-bodied, a slight sense of sweetness, rather low dosage but rather ripe fruit notes in a darker Pinot-driven flavour style, crushed plum , pear, nuts and a long vigorous finish. Vinous grower style.
