Medium deep golden colour with fine bubbles. Intense and ripe nose displaying darker fruit, windfall, pear and plum with nutty and roasted notes, perhaps a hint of oak. Rather full palate, some extract/tannin without bitterness, a creamy mousseux, ripe dark fruit notes, some autolytic bread and brioche notes with rather long dense finish.
