Turkey,
Aegean Islands,
White wine with a light, golden nuance. Quite intense nose, showing some evolution. This feels slightly like a natural or non-intervention style, with low sulphur. There is a slight hint of oxidation, but not oxidized per say, but slightly more oak and developed. Then we can add to that some buttery creamy notes, like fresh butter, vanilla, nuts and yellow fruit. Palate has a quite intense gripe. With some bitterness and dry extract. Slightly sweeter sensation on the palate, with vanilla, stone fruit. Medium weight with a quite long finish. Quite a particular style, but I think it keeps together. It opens up on the palate and it certainly does have some weight and length on the finish.
