Light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. Pure nose, rather fruit driven on the young side with crushed apple, pear and citrus notes. The palate has medium weight, a hint of bitterness, almond and citrus zest with a fresh backbone, youthful creaminess and a medium to long finish.
