Medium deep ruby red colour with a lighter rim, some evolution on the nose as well, a hint of new oak, some meaty and peppery notes with red fruit, plum and a slight balsamic spiciness. More traditional style, medium bodied with leathery and balsamic notes, red berry fruit, some new oak and a medium to long finish. Perhaps rustic to some but keeps together for the style.
