Intense dark purple colour. Intense nose with some balsamic notes, mint, jammed berries and prune. The palate is full and concentrated, sweet fruit, a hint of sweetness and slightly firm tannin. Ambitious and ripe but a bit tight today, with rather high volatile/balsamic notes.
