De Morgenzon – Maestro – 2015

Bright young straw colour. Floral nose, quite layered with some stony notes blending pear, stone fruit, fresh pineapple, ripe citrus and crushed nuts. The palate has a very good grip and density, slightly bolder than the nose suggested, vibrant freshness and plenty of extract, balanced bitterness, layers of stone fruit, fine spices and a very long and lingering finish. Good depth and harmony.
