Brown amber colour with a mature green rim. Intense and complex nose showing wormwood cinnamon, aniseed, dried herbs, fig, prune and caramel. Very nice palate with good bite, being sweet yet having a "dry" feeling to it with a good blend of spices, no one dominating, christmas cake or pain d´épices with a warming and long finish, very nice on its own and should work tremendously well in top cocktails...
