De Saint Gall – Orpale – 2008

Bright light golden colour with a fine vivid mousse. Nice intensity and complexity on the nose, chalky and nutty with fresh butter, brioche, ripe stone fruit, confit de citron and roasted nuts. Good volume on the palate with fresh and zesty chardonnay flavours, finely creamy with balanced dosage, and a bright, long and lingering finish.
