Dekeyne et Fils – La Cuvée des Vogloniers – 2015

Bright straw colour with a young foamy mousse. Fresh and youthful nose of green apple, citrus, fresh herbs and some floral notes. The palate is on the lighter side with a creamy backbone, restrained fruit, green apple, citrus and fresh grape notes, and a light and moderate finish. Feels more like PRosécco than Champagne.
