Inky dark purple almost opaque colour. Floral dark fruit with crushed black currant and blackberry with some peppery and meaty notes. Dense palate finely layered with young but ripe tannin, nicely integrated wood, some smoky and spicy notes with bright and fresh dark fruit, warm and ripe but a well-maintained acidity and a long pure finish with great purity and stoniness. Superb potential.
