Bright dark purple hue. Youthful nose with spicy pepper and clove notes, dark berries, plum and some meaty notes. Rather dense palate, still young and unresolved but no hard edges, spicy dark fruit, ripe tannin and a good length with both freshness and ripe fruit, still needing time to open though.
