Light golden colour with vivid fine bubbles. Discreet fruit on the nose, fresh stone fruit and mild spiciness with some autolytic yeast/brioche presence. Very nice bite on the palate with a low dosage, a nicely firm sensation with good extract, ripe stone fruit and candied citrus notes with good purity and length.
