Bright pale straw colour. Open and fruity nose of crushed apple, pear and chamomile with some fresh almond and citrus notes. The palate is youthful and fresh with a good bite, young fruit, yet with a nutty complexity and autolytic notes, fresh, salivating and long lingering finish. Upfront and fruity style with good balance and drinkability.
