Delheim Wines – Wild Ferment – 2014

Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Young but complex nose with some new oak, smoke, quite stony with white fleshed fruit, citrus and almond. Very crisp palate, flavour intense with medium weight, fine oak and toasted notes, nutty with young fruit, ripe citrus and a well-balanced long finish.
