Pale golden colour with a green hue and rather fine mousseux. Pure and elegant nose, rather chalky with fresh citrus, barely ripe stone fruit, a hint of toast and fresh butter. Lovely bite on the palate, bone dry and salivating with a smooth creaminess, candied citrus and yellow fruit notes, feels rather Chardonnay-driven, and a long and vigorous finish. Pure, precise and persistent.
