Demeter Zoltan Winery – Tokaji Aszu – 2007

Bright golden colour. Pure and intense nose, mineral with cloudberries, apricot, pineapple and some nutty, spicy and musky notes. Viscous texture and a high level of sweetness, fine volume and mouth feel, very nice presence of acidity, abundant yellow fruit and a very long, persistent aftertaste. Superb potential.
