Demiere – Egreg’Or – 2010

Medium deep golden colour with a fine mellow mousseux. Aromatic with ripe citrus notes, pear, plum and some darker Pinot-driven fruit. The palate is already rounded and generous, with a rounded acidity, fine creaminess, sweet fruity notes, crushed plum and pear with a mild spiciness, ginger and clove and a fairly long rounded finish.
