Derouillat – Blanc de Noirs – 2010

Bright straw colour, youthful mousse. The nose is creamy with some notes of vanilla, brioche, citrus and pear (maybe a hint of oak), vibrant acidity on the palate, some fruity sweetness, young and crisp fruit, some complex notes from the yeast and a rather long persistence.
