Light golden colour, fine bubbles. Rather intense nose of autumn fruit, chocolate, nuts and grey pear, feels rather pinotdriven. The taste is full, bold and creamy with a well integrated mousse, rounded acidity and plenty of ripe fruit, some complexity and spiciness on the finish.
