Pale bright straw colour and young bubbles. Quite vinous with some yeasty notes, butter, lime, lemon and green apple. Fresh and crisp palate rather dry in a restrained blanc de blancs style, young fruit, good creaminess and rather long finish, elegant and restrained style.
