Bright transparent colour yet with a light hue of beige. The nose is youthful and offers aromas of citrus and aniseed, there´s a slight feeling of sugar/molasses even if the style is closer to vodka. The palate is balanced with a good bite without being alcoholic, notes of aniseed, lemon zest and liquorice, pure and persistent finish. Somewhere between classic vodka and Scandinavian aquavit in style.
