Bright straw colour with vivid fine bubbles. Pure and elegant nose displaying butterscotch, pale stone fruit, ripe lemon zest, fresh almond and floral notes. The palate is medium bodied but flavour intense with layered stone fruit, citrus, brioche and a mild creamy mousseux, a bright freshness underneath. Really long and vigorous finish in an elegant Chardonnay-driven style.
