Bright light golden colour with a mellow creaminess. Pure and chalky nose showing passion fruit, confit de citron, roasted hazelnut and white flower. Vinous and grippy texture with fine layers of unctuous yellow fruit, a chalky and nicely firm backbone of acidity, extract and refreshing small bubbles, approaching maturity with pastry and buttery notes leading to a long and lingering finish.
