Bright light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Pure and chalky nose with lemongrass, fresh pear, ginger and floral notes. The palate combines an unctuous creamy texture with strict and fresh backbone, white fleshed fruit, fresh butter, crushed almond and a long lingering finish. Elegant and seductive style, good now but should gain from further ageing.
