Pale straw colour with youthful fine bubbles. A rather elegant and discreet style with brioche, butter, fresh pear, ripe citrus and butterscotch. Nice palate with good layers, an elegant style with classic dosage, generous fruit, a mild creaminess, some autolytic notes and a generous finish.
