Light to medium deep golden colour with fine small bubbles. Elegant and layered nose with fresh butter, vanilla, pale stone fruit and autolytic pastry and brioche notes. The palate has good volume and weight but a restrained elegant style with a fine creaminess, cool stone fruit, confit de citron and a vibrant freshness underneath, and a long and layered finish. Nicely done but still with room for improvement.
