Deutz – William Deutz – 2014

Light to medium deep golden with a fine steam of small bubbles. Pure and refined nose being more pinot-dominated at first with raspberry, plum, mild gingerbread spices with citrus, chalk, some autolytic patisserie and butter notes. The palate shows good power, yet remaining in an elegant frame with vivid freshness, rounded creaminess, savoury stone fruit notes with a long, elegant and chalky finish.
