Medium deep golden colour with youthful and lively bubbles. The nose displays a pinot-dominance with ripe plum, rapsberry, pain d´épice, sweet citrus and fresh butter on brioche. Rather ample and warm palate offering generous fruit being seemingly sweet but remaining classically dry with a lower dosage level, nutty and toasted notes approaching aged complexity, ripe acidity and long persistency.
