Light straw colour with a copper hue with a vivid mousseux. Intense, pure and chalky nose offering wild berries, raspberry, plum, pear and a mild spiciness like pain d’epices, ginger and floral hints. Very good grip on the palate, fine extract, youthful but fine creaminess, layers of red berry fruit, ripe citrus and an invigorating acidity, fresh, pure and very long finish. Still youthful but excellent purity and potential.
