France,
Champagne,
Bright straw colour with a copper hue and vivid fine bubbles. Still youthful and pure nose with raspberry, pear, ripe citrus and stony/chalky notes. The palate is dense, concentrated and fresh, well-balanced even if young with layers of Pinot derived flavours of red berries, ginger, pink citrus, a refreshing creaminess and a bright acidity. Very good grip and length, certainly a fine potential for the cellar.
