Medium deep golden colour with a youthful and lively mousse. Darker pinot driven aromas of red plum, raspberry, gingerbread with roasted nuts and butterscotch. The palate is rounded and unctuous yet remaining bone dry with sweet fruit flavours, nougat some autolytic brioche and butter balanced by a bright acidity, well integrated mousse with a long and warm finish.
