Transparent and viscous texture. Fresh nose of citrus, wild herbs, some balsamic notes, some vegetal presence, but a spiciness that somewhat reminds me of Swedish Aquavit. The palate is sweet and unctuous. Herbal and citrus notes with plenty of spice going on, starts put really sweet but a positive bitterness is emerging on the end, long lasting finish. I´m not really familiar with this style but judged as a liqueur complex and pure with interesting character and balance.
