Bright, transparent colour dry spices, pepper, lemon zest and aniseed with liquorice notes. Good bite on the palate, peppery and spicy with intense flavour, balanced alcohol, quite a lot of citrus with a long and peppery finish. Nice to drink pure and well chilled, I don´t even need ice for this.
