Dom Ruinart – Rosé – 2004

Fairly deep pink colour with a copper hue and fine small bubbles. Intense nose with some maturity, fine toastiness, nuts, ripe red fruit, quince, fig and gingerbread spices. The palate is rather full with a creamy backbone, a well-balanced freshness and plenty of red berry fruit with a fine spiciness, a slight tannic/phenolic presence with long finish. Mature and harmonious.
