It has a medium to deep garnet color and a youthful nose displaying moderately ripe red fruit, red currant, plum, wild herbs, citrus, tobacco, and a mild presence of oak. The palate is digest with good volume, fresh and peppery with ripe, yet young tannin, moderately ripe but no hard edges and a fine length.
