Bright pale straw colour. Pure and chalky nose with white peach, pear, ripe citrus, lemongrass and floral hints. The palate shows very good grip and tension, ample with slightly exotic yet fresh fruit with a mouth-watering freshness, nice layers and a salty presence leading to a very long and vigorous finish.
