France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Bright and transparent with a moderate straw colour. Youthful nose displaying some hints of vanilla. Slight presence of wood, with barely ripe pear, slight hint of lemon zest. Palate has medium weight, good level of freshness. Again this feels like a warmer climate wine. With not enormously high acidity, but it still bone-dry so it gives a good sensation of freshness. Pleasant bitterness, like lemon zest on the palate. With notes of vanilla, rather white fleshed fruit like pear and quince. With a medium towards long finish.
